6. Google and Meta (Facebook) Disclaimer

ClaimWorthy uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to collect anonymized data about how visitors use our Site. This includes pages viewed, session duration, device types, and general location data. Google Analytics data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our paid advertising. This may involve Google setting cookies on your device when you visit our Site after clicking a Google ad.

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) on our Site to measure conversions from Meta advertising platforms, to build Custom Audiences for retargeting purposes, and to optimize future ad campaigns. 7. Data Retention

Eligibility inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months to allow for follow-up and to evaluate the quality of attorney referrals.
Analytics data is retained for 26 months per Google Analytics default settings.
